Hatha yoga refers to the physical yoga poses or postures which balance the body and mind, balance the right and left sides of the body, and balance effort and relaxation. By focusing on skeletal alignment to correct posture problems and misalignments caused by slouching, sports, and computer use, this practice can relieve pain and create greater range of motion while also increasing strength, flexibility, stability, and allowing for deeper breathing. 28 Day Healthy Eating Challenge

Starts Saturday, February 2, 12pm in the Lifestyle Center

It’s always a good time to focus on your health, so join us each Saturday in February  for our 28-day Challenge, where we will focus on eating healthy and helping you look at food in a new way. Through the Engine 2 Diet guidelines and educational tools provided by the Healthy Eating team, participants will discover delicious, heart-healthy recipes, learn new ways of cooking and how to read labels, and gain support in kicking off a new, PlantStrong lifestyle.
